PWS Conduct Program
Developing Future Conductors
The PWS Conduct Program offers aspiring conductors opportunities to develop their craft through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional artistic training.
Participants work closely with PWS artistic leadership and musicians while gaining practical experience in rehearsal techniques, score study, ensemble leadership, and performance preparation. The program is designed to help emerging conductors build confidence, refine their artistic voice, and develop the skills necessary for success in today’s musical landscape.
